We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read the following terms carefully to understand our return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only when:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product or the wrong quantity.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ We cannot accept returns once a seal has been broken or the product has been used, due to health and hygiene reasons.


2. Time Frame

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to report any issue.
After 24 hours, return or refund requests may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  1. Take clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.

  2. Send them to our team at info@shilajitpure.store or our official WhatsApp number.

  3. Our support team will verify and approve the return if eligible.

  4. Once approved, please send the parcel back to the address provided by our team.


4. Refund Method

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: You will receive your refund through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for the same or similar product), we will arrange it after receiving the returned item.


6. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible; you can request a return after delivery if eligible.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements, cosmetics, or personal-care items

  • Items sold under special discount, flash sale, or clearance offer

  • Gift cards or promotional items


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, missing, or tampered with:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.

  2. Take photos or videos immediately.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and proof.
