We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
🚚 Delivery Options

Standard Home Delivery (Pakistan-wide):
Delivery time: 2 – 5 working days in major cities, and 4 – 7 working days for other areas. -
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available across Pakistan for all products unless otherwise mentioned. -
Prepaid Orders:
Prepaid orders are processed and shipped first.
🕐 Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a tracking link or SMS update once your parcel has been dispatched.
📦 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above PKR 2,999.

For orders below this amount, a flat PKR 199 delivery fee applies (may vary by region).
🚫 Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If your order is delayed due to weather, public holidays, or courier service issues, we’ll notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
In case of repeated delivery attempts without response, the order may be canceled automatically.
🔁 Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

Take clear unboxing photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
🌍 International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
International delivery options will be announced soon.
