1) Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note (optional for supplements): For health and safety reasons, we can only accept unopened consumable products.

3) How to Start a Return

Email info@shilajitpure.store with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send:

• A return shipping label, and

• Instructions on how and where to send your package

Packages sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

5) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of:

• Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

• Custom/personalized items

• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, email us before returning.

6) Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return your item first. Once approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

7)PK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the PK, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original condition/packaging with proof of purchase.

8) Refunds

We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
