All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for large-volume orders.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
6. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to us because of:

we will deduct the shipping costs and any applicable fees from your refund.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your parcel arrives damaged, lost, or incomplete, notify us immediately at info@shilajitpure.store with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can file a claim with the courier.
8. Pre-Orders or Back-Orders
For pre-order or back-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page or in your confirmation email.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.
